At AceWatch, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we handle information in our mobile and watch applications.

1. Data Collection and Usage

AceWatch is designed to be a private-first application:

  • Health & Fitness Data: AceWatch requests access to Apple HealthKit to track your heart rate, active calories, and workout duration during tennis matches. This data is used only to show your match statistics and activity records.
  • Local Storage: All match history, scores, and personal settings are stored locally on your devices (iPhone and Apple Watch).
  • No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use AceWatch.

2. Data Sharing

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share any of your health or personal data with third parties.
  • Service Providers: We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. Data Protection

Your data is protected by iPhone and Apple Watch system-level encryption. Since we do not have a server, we never see or store your data on our own infrastructure.

4. Your Rights

You can revoke AceWatch's access to relevant health or activity permissions at any time through the Health app or iPhone Settings. You can delete your match history directly within the app.
